Job Title: Office Assistant & Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors courteously, ascertain their needs, and provide assistance as required to ensure a positive experience.
  2. Handling Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual for resolution.
  3. Customer Support: Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns with efficiency and empathy, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  4. Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment, including reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces, to uphold a professional image.
  5. Appointment Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely communication to all parties involved.
  6. Administrative Support: Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and handle inquiries professionally.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications for administrative tasks.
  4. Organization and Time Management: Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Customer Service Experience: While customer service experience is preferred, candidates demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction will also be considered.
  6.  Age: Applicant should be below 25 years of age.
  7. Gender: Only Females qualify
  8. Photo: Applicant must add their most current full size photo followed by cover letter, then CV and all other attachment one believes will add value on their application.
  9. Beauty: One’s great looks, smartness, intellect and good english accent will matter given this is a front desk Job.
