- Identify key platforms and channels for engagement and growth.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives and product promotions.
- Community Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Engage with followers in a timely and professional manner, addressing questions, concerns, and comments.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
