Job Title: Social Media Coordinator & Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with SMIOMALL’s brand goals and target audience.
    • Identify key platforms and channels for engagement and growth.
    • Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.
  2. Content Creation and Management:
    • Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives and product promotions.
  3. Community Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.
    • Engage with followers in a timely and professional manner, addressing questions, concerns, and comments.
    • Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
    • Use insights to refine content strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure SMIOMALL remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
  5. Brand Representation:
    • Act as a brand ambassador for SMIOMALL, promoting its values, products, and initiatives across social media platforms.
    • Participate in online communities and forums relevant to the brand, contributing positively to discussions and fostering brand loyalty.
    • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and other relevant gatherings, showcasing SMIOMALL’s presence and engaging with potential customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in social media marketing and content creation, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing trends and audience preferences.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry professionals.
