- Social Media and Communications:
- Employees representing the company on social media platforms must adhere to company guidelines and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Unauthorized disclosure of company information or disparaging remarks about the company or colleagues on social media will not be tolerated.
- Additional Guidelines:
- Employees are prohibited from selling products outside of SMIO Mall’s platform or using company assets to generate revenue without authorization.
- Any employee found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate termination.
- Employees must immediately resign if they believe they may be caught violating company guidelines.
- Employees should never engage in any dealings with SMIO Mall partners without prior authorization.
Consequences of Breach:
- Any violation of these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
- Serious breaches that result in financial loss or reputational damage to the company may lead to legal action, including prosecution and imprisonment.
