SMIO-SMC Limited Company Guidelines to All our Employees

  1. Code of Conduct:
    • All employees are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.
    • Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior towards colleagues, customers, or partners will not be tolerated.
  2. Confidentiality:
    • Employees must maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information, customer data, and proprietary technology.
    • Disclosure of confidential information to unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
    • All employees must adhere to local laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
    • Any illegal activities or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination and possible legal consequences.
  4. Conflict of Interest:
    • Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with those of the company.
    • Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to management for resolution.
  5. Data Security:
    • Employees are responsible for safeguarding company data and systems from unauthorized access or misuse.
    • Use of company resources for personal gain or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
  6. Financial Integrity:
    • All financial transactions must be accurately recorded and reported in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
    • Fraudulent activities, including embezzlement, bribery, or misappropriation of funds, will result in immediate termination and legal action.
  7. Workplace Safety:
    • Employees must adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Reporting of any hazards or safety concerns is mandatory, and failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
  8. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Providing exceptional customer service is a top priority for all employees.
    • Honesty, responsiveness, and empathy are essential when interacting with customers, and any breach of trust will result in disciplinary action.
  9. Social Media and Communications:
    • Employees representing the company on social media platforms must adhere to company guidelines and maintain professionalism at all times.
    • Unauthorized disclosure of company information or disparaging remarks about the company or colleagues on social media will not be tolerated.
  10. Additional Guidelines:
  • Employees are prohibited from selling products outside of SMIO Mall’s platform or using company assets to generate revenue without authorization.
  • Any employee found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate termination.
  • Employees must immediately resign if they believe they may be caught violating company guidelines.
  • Employees should never engage in any dealings with SMIO Mall partners without prior authorization.

Consequences of Breach:

  • Any violation of these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
  • Serious breaches that result in financial loss or reputational damage to the company may lead to legal action, including prosecution and imprisonment.
